Driven by a passion for communication and a desire to explain global events, I specialized in International Relations. I collaborated with institutions such as the Barcelona Center for International Affairs (CIDOB), the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).  

Additionally, I hold a degree in Translation and Interpreting, which consistently has tied my career to the international sphere. Throughout my journey, I learnt that while words are powerful connectors, gestures and silences are equally impactful. Countless interviews and hours in front of the camera taught me that effective communication extends well beyond words.

Over the years, I have dedicated myself to exploring non-verbal communication, and how body language often speaks louder than words. This connection between communication and the body - and my passion for dance and yoga - has inspired me to write an illustrated book, published by Larousse, on how to integrate yoga into everyday life!
